We help home-service businesses — especially tree service and remodeling companies — generate more leads and booked jobs through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites, Google Business Profiles, and call/lead tracking.

About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Agency Assistant to work directly with our owner.

You’ll be a dependable right hand — someone who understands how a marketing agency operates and can take a project from “here’s what I need” to completed with minimal direction.

You don’t need to be an expert in Google Ads, SEO, or website development. You DO need to understand how these services fit together, be comfortable working across different areas of an agency, use AI tools every day, and take ownership of your work without needing constant reminders.

What You’ll Do

• Support the owner directly with follow-ups, priorities, scheduling, research, and loose ends

• Create, organize, and follow through on Asana tasks so nothing slips through the cracks

• Join meetings and turn them into clear notes, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates

• Take project directives and complete them with minimal input — including research, documents, SOPs, client assets, and reports

• Assist across client work, including website updates, Google Business Profile posts/edits, SEO tasks, ad and tracking checks, and WhatConverts/call-tracking reviews

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to research, draft, summarize, organize, and work more efficiently

What You Bring

• Previous experience working at a digital marketing agency

• Home-service agency experience is strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of websites, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Business Profiles, and lead tracking

• Strong written and spoken English

• Clear, concise communication

• Strong organization and follow-through

• The ability to work independently without needing constant direction

• Practical, daily experience using AI tools

• Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours
