Title: BMC Helix Developer

Location: 100% REMOTE

Duration: 6+ months

Requirements:

Strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM, Innovation Suite, and Remedy.
Experience with BMC Helix migrations.
Proficiency in workflow development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations).
Knowledge of APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP).
10 years of Helix development experience.
Understanding of ITIL service management processes.
Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Prior Telecom experience would be a plus.
