Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the systems architecture that supports go-to-market execution across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data reliability, and operational clarity. With a strong focus on Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows, you will help simplify complexity and strengthen the company’s GTM infrastructure.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the technical architecture of Salesforce for optimal system performance
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, customer success platforms, and auxiliary tools
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Evaluate and optimize GTM technologies to improve efficiency and reduce complexity
• Ensure high data quality and reliability in GTM data management processes
• Automate repetitive workflows across all GTM functions using various technologies
• Lead system governance initiatives, maintaining clear documentation and proactive monitoring

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS
• Advanced Salesforce administration skills, including automation and data governance
• Advanced HubSpot administration skills, including campaign and lead management
• Experience as the primary technical owner of Salesforce and HubSpot integrations
• Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Proficiency in designing integrations across platforms using APIs and automation tools
• Experience with AI applications in GTM workflows
