Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Capability Center) - CANADA

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Capability Center) - CANADA to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will help build and refine AI-enabled capabilities that support business users through practical, full-stack solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate design direction into working functionality while identifying gaps and improving delivery quality. The position blends software engineering, AI development, and hands-on collaboration in a remote environment.

You will contribute to a centralized AI-focused team serving internal and business-facing needs across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build features using full-stack technologies on AWS and Azure
• Collaborate closely with business users on a daily basis
• Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure high quality of deliverables
• Follow design direction from the Solution Architect and identify design gaps

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software or AI development
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AWS or Azure
• Experience with RAG and agentic DevOps tooling
• Front-end development skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
