  • Analyze conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and prioritize improvements.
  • Develop and manage an experimentation roadmap covering A/B tests and shopping flows.
  • Define success metrics and use data to guide iterations.
  • Partner with analytics and engineering for accurate tracking of customer behavior and conversion.
  • Collaborate with growth and paid media teams to optimize paid traffic experiences.
  • Analyze performance across channels and devices to improve conversion and acquisition efficiency.

  • Ensure product quality through acceptance criteria, QA, and post-launch monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing ecommerce products or storefronts with proven improvements in conversion and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with headless commerce architectures, preferably Shopify headless.
  • Ability to work directly with backend and frontend developers on APIs, integrations, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Experience managing complex digital projects from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis and experiment evaluation.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce analytics and experimentation tools.
  • Understanding of the impact of paid acquisition, landing page experience, merchandising, and site performance on ecommerce outcomes.
  • Clear communication and prioritization skills with the ability to unite cross-functional teams.
