Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Delhi, India. The Content Writer will create clear, accurate, and engaging written content related to immigration processes, visa categories, and destination country information for the company’s website, blogs, brochures, and other marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching immigration policies and procedures, drafting and updating content, proofreading and editing materials, and ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with relevant guidelines. The role will collaborate closely with immigration consultants and marketing team members to translate complex processes into user-friendly content that supports prospective clients. The Content Writer will also help develop and refine content strategies to improve client engagement and strengthen Izago’s brand presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and client-focused content.
• Experience with Content Strategy and Research to structure information logically and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Proficient in Proofreading, with strong attention to detail, grammar, and consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to understand and simplify complex immigration concepts for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Previous experience in immigration, legal services, education consulting, or related domains is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple assignments, and comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
