Role Description This is a remote, hourly role with a light, flexible workload. Hours will vary based on project needs and should be submitted every two weeks or monthly, as agreed. It’s a good fit for someone seeking occasional, project-based work.
We’re a forward-thinking firm integrating AI into our marketing and pursuit workflows to help teams work more efficiently.
Compensation: $35–$45 per hour, depending on relevant experience, project needs, and familiarity with AI tools and efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Prior marketing and pursuit experience, including RFP/RFQ development, in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Compensation will reflect years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and Google Ads. Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage a remote environment.
