Senior Product Designer

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to help shape a new content experience for a global digital platform. This contract role offers the chance to work across TV, mobile, and web, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn complex, ambiguous challenges into thoughtful, scalable design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate early-stage product ideas and unclear problems into clear design directions and actionable plans.
• Create high-quality design work across TV, mobile, and web experiences from concept through final execution in Figma.
• Develop scalable systems, patterns, and reusable design solutions that support long-term product growth.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, merchandising, and marketing partners to shape strategy and deliver member-focused experiences.
• Lead and facilitate collaborative working sessions with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Communicate design vision clearly through presentations, written updates, and small-group discussions.
• Bring fresh thinking to evolving business and user needs while designing for scale and consistency.
• Advocate for the needs of a global audience throughout the design process.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products.
• Proven success leading 0-to-1 initiatives and delivering outcomes at scale.
• Strong ability to simplify complex, unstructured problems into clear next steps.
• High-level craft and detailed execution across multiple UI platforms.
• Experience balancing several initiatives at once while keeping long-term goals in focus.
• Ability to build frameworks, systems, and repeatable approaches that create organizational value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Portfolio submission is required for consideration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large-scale digital products with global reach.
• Familiarity with emerging tools, workflows, and technologies that improve design effectiveness.
• Experience working in remote environments and across West Coast hours.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, cross-functional setting.
• Strong storytelling skills for presenting design direction to varied audiences.
