Role: Product Development & Operations Assistant
Schedule: Full-Time, semi-flexible schedule
Compensation: $16-22/hr based on experience, skill set, and overall fit for the role.
Location: Remote or hybrid, with occasional travel to our office in Walnut Shade, Missouri as needed.

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Development & Operations Assistant who is organized, resourceful, proactive, and great at solving problems.
This is a cross-functional role. You’ll help with:
- Product development and new product launches
- Supplier communication and manufacturing
- Amazon and e-commerce troubleshooting
- Project coordination and follow-up
- Creating and improving processes
- Troubleshooting unexpected problems
- Supporting other teams and leadership with priority projects
The right person is someone who sees a problem and thinks, “I’ll figure it out.” You should be comfortable learning new things, managing multiple priorities, communicating clearly, and taking ownership without needing constant direction.
