Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: Onsite Monday-Thursday, and can work remotely from home on Fridays)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Apparel Product Designer. This role will contribute to the Design team for Global. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on designer responsible for creating in-line apparel products and chassis with a quick-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop apparel products for projects with a one-year go-to-market timeline.
• Create in-line apparel products and develop the apparel chassis, which includes the silhouette and base shape of a garment.
• Incorporate current trends into product designs to ensure market relevance.
• Collaborate with internal and external graphic and color designers.
• Manage projects and communicate effectively with team members.

Required Qualifications Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in apparel design is required. Recent roles should demonstrate experience as an individual contributor.

Technical Skills: Candidates must provide a portfolio that showcases a collection from sketch to final product and demonstrates personal taste outside of brand style guides.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing both men’s and women’s apparel.
• Background in streetwear and performance wear, including basketball, training, global football, and golf.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (Ai).
• Previous industry experience.
