Senior Full Stack Developer

We are working with a leading German business software provider, empowering small and medium-sized businesses with innovative solutions for accounting, payroll, and enterprise resource planning. They process millions of transactions annually, enabling their customers to manage billions of Euros securely.

The Role

• Develop and enhance a cloud-based web application for a multibanking platform, covering frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Actively utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and take end-to-end responsibility from concept to production.
• Balance continuous improvements that ease customer lives with ensuring stable systems for a highly scaled product.
• Contribute to tool selection and implementation strategies, fostering continuous dialogue and openness to new approaches.

What You’ll Need

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a passion for building modern banking software.
• Proficiency in frontend development with React and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) for backend.
• Experience in cloud environments with microservices (e.g., AWS EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Demonstrated integration of AI tools into daily development, understanding their effective application in critical processes.
• Strong adherence to Clean Code, Test-Driven Development, and agile methodologies.
• C2 level German language skills for effective participation in meetings.
