About The Role Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our dynamic team supporting a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This role involves developing and enhancing C#/ASP.NET solutions, supporting data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation, as well as reporting, user interface development, and mobile application initiatives. The successful candidate will work on both client-side and server-side development, utilizing modern .NET technologies, data integration solutions, and following Agile software delivery methodologies. An active Final DoD Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of C#/ASP.NET software development experience on complex technical projects, including highly available national security systems
• Intermediate understanding of C#/ASP.NET enterprise software architecture components and patterns
• Intermediate understanding of ASP.NET Framework 4.0 or greater and .NET Core
• Experience with both client-side and server-side development
• Proficiency with Entity Framework
• Experience with Visual Studio 2019+
• Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design principles
• Experience working with SQL Server
• Familiarity with GitLab source control
• Experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and multi-source data integration
• Ability to develop complex queries and reports
• Experience with user interface design and mobile application development
• Active Final DoD Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using C# and ASP.NET frameworks
• Support both client-side and server-side application development efforts
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation activities across multiple data sources
• Integrate data from various sources, supporting deduplication and data quality initiatives
• Design, develop, and optimize user interface components for web and mobile platforms
• Support mobile application development projects
• Utilize .NET Framework and .NET Core to build scalable and efficient solutions
• Work with Entity Framework and SQL Server to implement data storage and retrieval functionalities
• Support Web API development for data exchange and service-oriented architectures
• Use Visual Studio 2019+ and GitLab for source control and version management
• Participate in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and Agile development cycles
• Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles to develop robust applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and adherence to security standards
