Part-Time Content Creator & Social Media Assistant

Job Summary

We’re a growing buyback business looking for a creative, organized person to help build our social media presence and handle day-to-day customer communication.

This role combines content creation with administrative work. You should be comfortable making videos, creating ads, keeping spreadsheets organized, and speaking with customers.

What you’ll do:

• Create and post daily content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, and captions.
• Film and edit content featuring our products, buying process, and business.
• Bring fresh content ideas that help generate views, followers, and customer inquiries.
• Create image and video ad creatives for new campaigns.
• Reply to customer messages, collect item details, and follow up with leads.
• Schedule pickups and appointments and confirm details with customers and our team.
• Update Google Sheets to track leads, appointments, inventory, and daily activity.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience creating social media content for yourself or a business.
• Comfortable using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow through without constant reminders.
• Experience with phones, electronics, luxury goods, or resale is a plus.
