Virtual Category Management Assistant

We are seeking a proactive, organised Virtual Category Management Assistant to support our Australian furniture wholesale and e-commerce businesses. This role covers product listings, pricing, marketplace administration, order coordination and customer support.

Key responsibilities

Product listings: Create, upload and maintain accurate product listings, including SKU numbers, descriptions, dimensions, materials, images, assembly instructions and warranty information.

Marketplace administration: Submit new products and update existing listings across our online sales channels. Resolve listing errors and follow up on approvals.

Pricing and costing: Maintain product costs, wholesale prices, selling prices and promotional pricing. Check margins and obtain approval before implementing price changes.

Shipping rate cards: Maintain freight rates by product and delivery location. Compare freight charged against courier costs and flag discrepancies.

Order coordination: Monitor incoming orders and work with warehouses and couriers to ensure orders are processed, dispatched and collected on time.

Customer and partner communication: Respond promptly to emails about orders, stock availability, deliveries, product information and after-sales enquiries.

Stock management: Keep marketplace stock availability accurate, monitor out-of-stock products and coordinate updates for incoming inventory.

Warranty and credit claims: Review individual and bulk claims, check supporting photos and delivery records, identify possible causes

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
