It addresses the challenge of streamlining employee service experiences by developing and implementing connected HR service delivery platforms that integrate with widely used HR information systems and Microsoft tools.

About the Opportunity:

The SERVICENOW SENIOR DEVELOPER role involves designing and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 integration. This position leads technical projects that enhance employee experiences by creating seamless connections between ServiceNow and Microsoft applications, thereby supporting efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules including Employee Service Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events
• Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee requests
• Create employee self-service portals and knowledge base solutions
• Integrate ServiceNow with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP
• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Build Teams bots for HR case notifications and approvals
• Utilize Microsoft Graph API for data synchronization
• Implement Power Platform integrations including Power Automate and Power BI
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions
• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards
• Troubleshoot complex integrations and workflows
• Document processes and provide training to HR staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• At least 2 years experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Service Center
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Proven experience integrating Microsoft applications such as Azure AD, Teams, and Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Azure services
• Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services
• Understanding of HR processes and data privacy requirements

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000
