Freelance Project Marketing Assistant

FRAME ONE is looking for a proactive, organized, and responsive assistant to support our growing projects across entertainment, live events, K-pop and P-pop, content creators, and brand collaborations.

This is an entry-level freelance opportunity suitable for fresh graduates and currently enrolled college students who want to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment, events, and creative industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct marketing and social media research
• Research brands, creators, KOLs, and potential collaboration opportunities
• Help prepare and organize proposals, presentations, reports, and other project documents
• Assist with communication and coordination involving clients, partners, artists, and suppliers
• Support the preparation and execution of concerts, fan events, and brand activations
• Assist with on-site coordination and other project-related tasks when required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and partners
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Interested in marketing, social media, business development, entertainment, or events
• Familiar with K-pop, P-pop, entertainment trends, creators, and KOLs
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and quick to respond
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and find practical solutions
• Based in or able to travel within Metro Manila when required
• Fresh graduates and currently enrolled college students are welcome to apply.
• Previous relevant experience is an advantage but not required.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Freelance / Part-time
• Approximately 20-25 hours per week, depending on project requirements
• Mostly remote, with occasional meetings and on-site event support in Metro Manila
• On-site schedules will be coordinated in advance
• Compensation will be discussed based on availability and experience.
