About the Role

Paystand is seeking an experienced Vice President of Product to lead product strategy and execution across its B2B payments and financial infrastructure platform. This executive will work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to build innovative products that modernize commercial payments and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead product development across B2B payments, accounts receivable, digital dollars, and financial automation.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends to guide product priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused products.
• Drive product launches, adoption, engagement, and commercial growth.
• Establish product KPIs, performance metrics, and operating processes.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product organization.
• Present product strategy, performance, and market opportunities to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management or product leadership experience.
• Proven experience building and scaling products within FinTech, payments, financial infrastructure, SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of B2B payments, digital financial services, blockchain, or stablecoin technologies.
• Demonstrated success taking products from strategy through launch and market adoption.
• Strong business judgment with experience connecting product strategy to revenue and customer growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $239,000.00 per year
