As a HR Assistant you will work closely with our HR Manager and Recruitment Lead,

supporting our vital back-office functions, assisting with recruitment and the wider HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, databases and LinkedIn
• Supporting our recruitment and talent attraction activities (writing and posting job adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews and onboarding processes)
• Helping to provide a positive experience for candidates
• Supporting HR projects, administration and employee queries
• Assisting with general HR activities including exit surveys, visa administration and minute taking

Skills/Experience:

• At least 1 years’ recruitment or HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Reliable and responsible
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (desirable)

Hours: Full-time: 35 hours a week. Monday - Friday
