About the Opportunity:

The LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER, COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE role is responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle of commercial real estate solutions, specifically on-demand HVAC and submeter billing. This position drives product strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver valuable and seamless experiences to customers, acting as the central point connecting users, business objectives, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own the commercial real estate product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with company goals
• Conduct customer interviews and analyze data to inform product decisions
• Write clear requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with design and engineering to develop intuitive, high-quality products
• Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
• Track and report key performance indicators to evaluate product success and guide improvements

Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments; commercial real estate experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to define and deliver successful products
• Strong customer empathy and experience with user research
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams including offshore engineering and product teams
• Data-informed mindset, comfortable with or willing to learn tools such as SQL, Looker, or Mixpanel
• Familiarity with design and product development tools like Figma, Jira, Product Board, or Monday.com
• Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours; preference given to candidates on the East Coast or in Atlanta
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Estimated salary range is $160,000 to $185,000
• Final offer may vary based on experience and qualifications
