Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on business and marketing requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, typography, and visual guidelines across all designs.
• Design promotional creatives for campaigns, events, product launches, and other business activities.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets when required.
• Create designs in multiple formats and sizes suitable for different digital and print platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Take feedback from internal teams and make revisions as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design tools.
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other digital design tools is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in creating social media creatives, digital advertisements, marketing materials, and branding assets.
• Experience working with marketing or creative teams is an advantage.
• A strong and updated design portfolio is required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
