Job Description

  • Problem Resolution: Research, log, and resolve software work orders and application issues.
  • Requirements Analysis: Partner with campus users to analyze, refine, and prioritize application requirements.
  • Software Development: Design, program, test, and document well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
  • User Collaboration: Work directly with stakeholders to test solutions and ensure business alignment.
  • Quality Assurance: Rigorously apply internal procedures and policies to guarantee high-quality outputs.

  • Operational Flexibility: Work additional hours as needed and perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Experience: 3 years of professional application software programming experience in a web environment.
