Multimedia Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Creative Media Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other promotional activities.

The role involves a combination of graphic design, visual content creation, video editing,and creative development. The candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of current digital and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, posters,brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Develop engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Design promotional materials, marketing creatives, thumbnails, and campaign visuals.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, typography, layouts, and visual style.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, illustrations, and other creative assets.

Video & Digital Content

• Create and edit social media reels, short videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and digital content.
• Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
• Adapt video content into different formats suitable for various social media platforms.
• Create engaging thumbnails and visual elements for video content.
• Follow current video and social media trends to develop fresh and engaging content.

Creative Development

• Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into attractive visual content.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new creative ideas.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Handle multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
• Make revisions based on feedback from clients or internal teams.

Required Skills

• Strong creativity and visual communication skills.
• Good knowledge of graphic design and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut
• Adobe After Effects is an advantage
• Good understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with a strong portfolio can apply.
• Experience creating social media content, reels, advertisements, or promotional materials is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-based creative and design tools is a plus.
• A strong creative portfolio will be preferred.
