Job Description
About Blueteq
Blueteq was founded in 2005 to provide essential, bespoke software to the NHS. Our approach of working with our clients to develop the systems that they need has given us a unique space in a market that has historically been dominated by large, inflexible software houses. Blueteq is now established in 90% of Trusts in England, all of Wales and all of Jersey.
In May 2025, Blueteq became an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This means that the company is run on behalf of its employees and that all the team has the opportunity to prosper financially as the company prospers.
