Job Description
Job Title: Workforce Management Specialist
Duration: 12 Months, possible extension
Location: Chicago, IL/Milwaukee, WI/Green Bay, WI
Seeking a Workforce Management Specialist/Resource Planner to support Care Center Operations through workforce forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource management for a large multi-site contact center environment. The role is responsible for optimizing staffing levels, analyzing workload trends, and ensuring service level objectives are met while supporting continuous process improvements. Candidates should have 3–5 years of workforce management experience and proficiency with workforce management systems such as Aspect OR Alvaria is required.
