Insurance Agent — Licensed & Entry Level | Remote

Overview

The Stewart Organization is expanding our remote insurance team and looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in the insurance industry.

We welcome both currently licensed insurance agents and individuals who are not yet licensed. Previous insurance experience is helpful, but qualified candidates who are new to the industry are encouraged to apply. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Agents have the flexibility to manage their schedules while working with clients virtually.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
• Present and explain available life and supplemental insurance products
• Conduct client appointments by phone and Zoom
• Follow up with prospective clients and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client and appointment information in CRM systems
• Develop strong, professional relationships with clients
• Participate in team training, coaching, and professional development
• Maintain required insurance licensing and follow applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Current insurance license is a plus, but not required to apply
• Individuals interested in obtaining an insurance license are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Reliable follow-through and organization
• Comfortable conducting appointments virtually
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Work Structure

• $60,000–$100,000+ annual income potential based on production
• Commission and Bonus pay
• Remote work
