Graphics Designer

Role Overview

This role is focused on creating:

• Social media creatives
• BHW (forum) thread images
• Marketing banners and visuals
• Simple presentation and promotional graphics

The focus is not just design — but clear, engaging, and conversion-focused visuals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Creatives

• Design posts for LinkedIn and other platforms
• Create clean, engaging, and professional visuals
• Maintain consistency in style and branding

2. BHW Thread Graphics

• Design banners and visuals for forum threads
• Create images that attract attention and improve conversions
• Support updates to existing threads with new creatives

3. Marketing & Promotional Designs

• Create visuals for offers, packages, and case studies
• Design simple infographics and performance highlights
• Support sales and lead generation materials

4. Design Consistency

• Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Ensure all designs are clean, readable, and structured
• Avoid cluttered or overly complex designs

Required Skills

• Good understanding of design basics (layout, typography, spacing)
• Experience with tools such as:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Photoshop (optional)
• Ability to create clean and professional designs
• Basic understanding of social media content
• Attention to detail

System Requirements

• Must have a personal laptop/PC with good performance
• Ability to handle design tools smoothly
• Stable internet connection

We can provide access to tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other required software.

• Can create simple but effective designs (not overly complex)
• Understands marketing-focused visuals
• Can follow instructions and brand style
• Open to feedback and iterations
• Fast and reliable in execution

This Role Is Not Suitable If

• You only focus on artistic or complex designs
• You struggle with basic layout and structure
• You cannot meet deadlines
• You require constant supervision

Compensation

• Fixed + performance-based (based on output quality and speed)
